Shipping + Refund Policy



Orders placed before 1.00 pm will be dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane the same day. Orders placed after 1.00 pm will be shipped the next business day. Shipments are sent with Australia Post, current delivery times are:

  • Metro East Coast 2-4 business days
  • Far Nth QLD, NT, WA 3-7 business days
  • Everything else 3-5 business days

In the unlikely event that we have a shipping issue, rest assured that your product will be replaced and shipped at our expense but only after the shipping company has finished their missing parcel investigation and deemed the parcel as lost.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
